"Worst Experience Ever! We stayed here for 3 days. The first 2 days were fine, but on the last day the AC stopped working. We complained immediately, and they assured us it would be fixed—but we kept waiting and waiting with no response. We had to call the manager and even customer support, yet no one helped us. An elderly person, who seems to live at the property, simply told us “we can’t do anything about it.” We reminded him that it was their responsibility to resolve the issue, but he completely ignored us. When we asked for a refund, they rudely refused, saying since the payment was made online they couldn’t give the money back. We then requested a room change, but he arrogantly said all rooms were full. His rudeness was at its peak—he bluntly told us “do whatever you want.” This is by far the most unprofessional and hopeless experience I’ve ever had. No responsibility, no service, no respect for guests."
